Who in here in their life time has honestly pondered "What would happen if I poked a lion in the face with a rod without any caging in between us."
Apparently these fuckin' clowns... only ones I feel sorry for are the lions and the parents with their kids wondering if their family trip to the circus is about to end up in some kind of blood bath

I love it deserved using animals like this in a circus is totally unfair and very cruel it should be made illegal , there treated like shit and now i bet these wankers will put the lion down when all it was doing was natural.

first of all the guy deserved it. i mean where were the commands or signals? clapping with a stick to the floor? where the hell did this guy learn that crap from?
And lastly what the hell you expect when you poke the lion in the face? you got a death wish? you got it.
It doesnt matter if it was any animal or human we will all fuck him up good for that crap.

Imagine being trapped in a huggee plate. The plate is filled with chicken nuggets, spaghetti, pizza and all kinds of delicious food. Chicken nugget starts poking you with a stick while beef jerky tells u " can't touch this, nanananana...." and pizza is just walking around you, watching like a dork.
Can't blame anybody for trying to touch this walking food 
And as a bonus you get a free shower when you touch, so...
Go Lions!

All i saw some the animal trainers treating the animals in a bad way. I wouldnt have been surprised if the teeth/claws were pulled out.

I know you guys dislike the trainer, but man does he have balls of adamantium to be able to keep his cool after beign rushed by 2 mean ass lions

The lions probably will have been killed later, because they can not furthermore be used for those shows.
The video shows, that circus without animal-shows makes sense.
The trainees can be glad, that they are living on without severe handicap as I assume.

I'm bloody glad the lions attacked! They don't want to be in there and they obviously don't have a say. I hate things like this and I love it when the human comes out hurt! Sorry if you disagree with me people.

Yup.. circus acts with animals are about as passay as witch-burning rituals or Rodeos and bullfights for that matter.. I'd say computer games, 3d and 4d movies and other such entertainment-purposed technology should've done away with unethical acts such as these by now.. Not to mention that wild animals are a scarcity to say the least these days

#25 true but bears are considered omnivores not carnivores. thats where my statement comes from but you are correct of course as the polar bear is carnivorous.

#40 @ #18 You did not say carnivore , you said predator. The fact that a Kodiak Bear might want a side salad of dandelion leaves while he eats you does not take away from the fact that he is an awesome predator.

Listen, I know that all the animal rights activists get up in arms about stuff like this, but lets face the real problem, here. You love to blame the trainers, who have been performing acts like this throughout history. You want to blame the parents for supporting the whole shebang with their patronage. You say things like: good for the lions, haha trainers, I wish you got eaten parents...
I don't care who the fuck you are, when children who are young enough to still be entertained by a circus are present during violence and danger like this... that's the biggest problem.
Also, I noticed that #33 got down rated, but he's right. Imagine what could have happened if that man saved his own skin and didn't continue to control those animals.

I hope that's more than just a mesh/netting divider containing them. I can't imagine having my kids there and seeing that...
