Image yourself floating outside of our atmosphere... You will begin to see something different from what we see on earth... Above us is nothing but a pitch black emptiness, yes full of unexplained mysteries. I wonder how long it will take for humans to unravel some of its mysteries... or will we ever be able to?

The description is wrong, Discovery hasn't made it's last flight, it was first planned to 1 November 2010, but lauch was canceled for technical and weather reasons. The next planned launch date is 17 December 2010. @4 You can find more information on wikipedia : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STS-133

Damn, these shuttles are just amazing pieces of equipment. I don't think I or anyone else here fully appreciate just how beautiful and magnificent they are. And yet they are old technology waiting to get replaced by an even more beautiful machine.

The Space Shuttle, brought to you by the same country that brews Bud Light.
