#3 poisonous at very high concentrations. unless you drink a pool of zero, you'll be fine.

#3 and #5, and both contain phosphoric acid.
A coke truck tipped over near where i live a few years ago and the concentrate spilled out and did a lot of damage to the road. Fire brigade had to close the road and try to clear it up before it destroyed the surrounding area.
I think regular coke tastes better, but I dont like any of the zeros or diet ones. They taste like artificial sweetener. Not crazy about pepsi.

Coke and Pepsi just make a product at the cheapest price for mass production.
They spend more time on advertisements then making something drinkable.
Coke has had nothing but controversy even after they put cocaine in their drinks.
They are known for selling trash...

Next, Sprite Zero comes out and wipes both Coke and Pepsi to the floor.

Nope #3 Aspartame is the combination of two amino acids, which are the building blocks of every single protein in your body, it just happens that the sweetness of this combination is so high that the amounts required for the average drink are very tiny and therefore the calories they provide are negligible, hence they can be marketed as "zero calories"...so listen to #5 and if you swim in a pool of it, don't swallow.

#16 Pepsi and Coke are not enemies as long as they have you believe there are only 2 sodas to choose from...
They are known for selling trash so why not team up!

#17 - I'm believing this one http://www.snopes.com/cokelore/cokelore.asp before some random youtube link. Besides, I find it odd that an egg sitting in a cup of coke for a YEAR? is filled to the exact same level as when it was poured, and the egg hasn't rotted from the inside out.
Besides, if you're worried about the breakdown of calcium in your teeth, ANY acidic liquid will have the same effect with prolonged exposure. Orange juice, lemon juice, tomato juice, black tea, coffee, and beer are all acidic.
Like with anything in life, use a little moderation, common sense and enjoy.

Aspartame itself is not poison, when you body digests it, it creates formaldehyde gases not on a level that will hurt you. All diet drinks contain aspartame. so why is this news to you know? Most new diet drinks; PepsiMax, CokeZero contain Acesulfame potassium, something new with respect to aspartame that hasn't been around for decades.

#18 my 4th grade science teacher showed us what they did in that video. we got the same effects on our eggs except it only took 3 weeks. the teacher was a hippie and was all about organic food. aside from that coke built an empire on exactly what it's name is derived from and noone really cares

They dont ban aspartame in countries because its fun.
"Upon ingestion, aspartame breaks down into natural residual components, including aspartic acid, phenylalanine, methanol and further breakdown products including formaldehyde and formic acid, accumulation of the latter being suspected as the major cause of injury in methanol poisoning."

The consumption of too much plain old everyday water CAN kill you. Just because something is "natural" or an element doesn't make it safe. Arsenic is a natural element (double whammy!) and I'm sure you'd find that your body doesn't handle it nearly as well as a diet pop.

Pepsi adverts are just cringingly embarrassing in their attempt to look coo-all. Nearly as bad as the End of the World announcement so some white homey can bag off. Who is their target audience? White Geeks wanting to be Blacks or Blacks wanting to be white Geeks? Dont get it.
Their most memorable & successful adds were "lipsmakincoolfizzin" & "The Pepsi Challange".
Bud Light salutes, now that is funny...Mr Taco Salad Inventer Man, Mr Discount Airline Pilot Guy...
