The man is a genius. Clearly he was sick and tired of the filthy conditions present in the tunnel. Start the process and invariably the city will finish the job for you. Video should be titled reverse psychology.

opinion, can't say washing it up made it better, on the contrary, there's lots of lead down the drain focused in one single place.

damn those are some pretty sick skullz... If I was a cop I wouldn't want to give him a ticket or anything but I'm pretty sure you will still get busted even if you are "cleaning" it to make the art though...
and the guy at the end with the hose isn't going to clean that off too easily lol the artist was most likely using some kind of acetone or alcohol... to completely clean it the street cleaner is going to have to use something similar

Decided to wash the walls only after someone started drawing on them... otherwise let the walls be this dirty... stupid.

Government at its finest. How many tax dollars were wasted on this. The guy was giving commutors something interesting to look at. Will we ever truely be free. He was causeing no harm to anyone. And was wearing a mask to filter his air. Revolt when ever possible it the right thing to do.

Hardly the police doing something wrong here. People obviously saw someone painting stuff on the wall and called the police. You notice how many times they arrive and do nothing? That's because even they knew he did noting wrong, but they had to investigate. Some commenters are just stupid.
