That puke looks kinda' red and just might be a result of a concussion 
and some internal bleeding , but he got the win so I guess all is well.

If that was a blood and water mix, the guy must have been a mess inside. The guy is as lean as can be so I would guess things are tight inside. I wonder what the finally was determined.

maybe nothing internally is wrong with him and he's just physically exhausted. i've puked many times from physical exhauation.
