Those have been around for a long time in smaller versions.

You can buy them at gadget/toy stores.

It's called an Airzooka and i own 2 myself. They can shoot a "ball/ring" of air really far and accurate. The original Airzooka has an elastic in the end though. And also it has a handle like a gun so you can better aim it.
