A brave thing to do - sort of - but also stupid. You can never tell what lies beneath that water fall. A tragedy could have happen but thank god he's made it through in one piece. I hope ne never tries that again - you can't be sure of a second success - in this case.
The Video name kinda ruins the video. When he went down the Waterfall, Me and my friends said "He's not getting out of this very easy"
according to the music, this clip reminds me the movie "THE MISSION" with Robert De Niro and Jeremy Irons (1986).

@ #4 : I think guys like him attempting to break a record are investigating about the environment and checks before all parameters of security, including the landing site making sure its deep enough and that there are no rocks or stuff... This is somehow organized.
