Well, the fourth Dimension actually is "Duration", so this has nothing to do with it.
I see Height, Width and Depth. So it's actually 3D.
But its awesome nevertheless ;)

yea #3 is right, this isnt 4D,even if the 4th dimension was spacial. Decent projection mapping though. Just edit the title and take out that (?).

#3 It had a duration of at least 1.36 so I'd say you could call it 4D :P

Tourist is going to be a big flop, even this kind of ads won't save it.

Watch this great video and you'll understand :D
Duration actually is a line in the fourth dimension. You living in the third only see an momentarily Image. (is this even correct english?...)

Following the 4D logic, every 'normal' video would be 3D.

It's 2D. Nothing different here. Move along now.

#11 #12 Yes, this is a 3d-rendered animation projected on a flat surface. nothing 3d about the actual image.

plus I though the animations looked like someone clueless playing around with 3dstudio max... quite pointless... and bad commercial value too

It's not 4D, it's an HD projector, which "projects" pre-rendered 3d animations. 1st they take the pictures of the building, map it then in Max or Maya then create the specific animation which later will be projected on the building. So the illusion of 3D is created and it's quite awesome.
