Holy shit,that's a serious toll both,at first i was like "that little twig is not is not gonna do any damage" but then the steel beams that are meant to stop a tank came out

I worked for same Company, The Patrol in the Van actually asked the security Guard was it OK to tow the car out as he was aware of the bollards.
He was told it would be fine and there was sensors that would keep them down until both vehicles passed.

Its because of the way the car is being towed. The distance between them is too great. So the sensor thinks of it as two separate cars.

The company that owns the gate should account for this and should have to pay for the damages, more like a toll gate fail than a tow truck fail.
