It's amazing how clever some animals are. Like crows who've learnt to drop nuts onto roads, to have cars drive over them to break them open. They even learnt to drop them on crossings, so they can safely get the nuts at red lights.

Nature is amazing when we take the time to learn about it.

Here is the video #1 referred to http://www.snotr.com/video/4151

I go to feed birds when they start to migrate back north in the end of winter (ducks primarily). Our seagulls are quite aggressive and stupid but the crows and ravens are surely the wisest and very patient. It is quite a lot of fun to see similar situations in real life as in the video.

Ravens can also deceive each other e.g when faking a hiding place for food :) Very smart birds!

So two ravens were talking:
- Hey, I'm going to steal some food from a stupid bald eagle today. Wanna come ?
- Neah.. I'm going fishing.

True story! :P

1) Why didn't the eagle fly away with his food? And 2) After the raven took his food, why didn't he eat the raven?

I wish the fisherman dove to catch the Raven and then slid into the hole xD

It looked as though there was nothing left of the kill but some skin,so no great loss.Ravens are very persistant when they want something. That was probably a Canadian Bald Eagle since it ran instead of fight to keep its food.
