Hmm great idea , but kidn useless , as did you see how those guys ran away and they fail'd to catch them ? i just dont see the point in this.
Theres a reason we have unmarked cop cars , they dont want you to see them .

#1 They need to be 400 degrees as they say in the video.
#2 The idea prolly is that isntead of having a cop-car and a unmarked cop-car you only need 1 car. You can still do the stealthy stuff as unmarked but are able to participate in the news-broadcasted carchases without reavealing that it's an unmarked car.

Why would you need to change color? Why can't the cops just jump from a undercover police vehicle? Who cares about the markings?
