Holy shit! # 3 is right..... look at her as soon as she reaches the full length of the rope at the bottom... could have easily snapped her neck or her spine... how did they know she wasn't going to swing to the side of the building and smash her skull in......

this is not one isolated case... its the new thing in fashion for amateurs of extreme. There are some reports on this prenomenon around the net. Its very common in russia and starts to be also in other places like utah. Even if it look amateur and sketchy, those guys are pro and know what they are doing (the one installing the cables, not the one jumping), the use proper climbing material and the robe is double or triple in case it would break.
Very impressive though...

There was little danger of her hitting the building since the rope went over to the other building too and kept her in the middle,but her back probably took a shock.
