#23 yes im very sure..it was near the dome..right side of it on this big place. But i've only seen him twice in summer a few years ago and i dont know if he is a citizen of cologne or just performs there from time to time..and i know it was him..since he got the same face and the exact same show.

On a side note, typical that the German's would have the word "Super" in their Talent show.
