yeah!! loks good BUT i think like my professor who teached me Autocad when you design 3d pieces you must be precise and that tool (mice) does not look verry acurate. For precise measurings, keyboard is the best thing. anyway for animations this looks great and fun to work i hope that the inventor of this will become famous .

#3 I agree with you and that was what came to me first in mind. However, after giving it a deeper thought, it doesn't mean the precise designs cannot be done in such 3D environment. Probably the successful product for the next generation would be a combination of both.

#3, this may be true but this is the first of its kind! It is sure to be built upon. It may take a few years but with the right backing ($$$) this could revolutionize CG.

#6, it's not like if you create a knife and are careless you stab your own eyes! I agree with the latter part, it's nice for others to follow the screen and get ideas...

^^ Thats why 3d software has 4 view points , having one view point such as a 3d model in front of your face to me would just be anoying as hell

I'm a videogames developer, this is not good for modeling from the point of view of a developer, but it's good for "users generate content" as in casual gaming.

I'm hungarian and this is a hungarian invention, the guy's name who invented it is Rátai Dániel, the funny thing is at first, several years ago when he started to work on this, he only used simple things, but u can see it in the "story" section on the webpage
