Was their idea to simplify driver's license into one? So that car and plane drivers would not have to get different licenses? :x

I do actually like these kind of cars a lot. Definitely beats the sterile unimaginative designs we have today.

I why dont cars just have 4 small wheels and lower down like a plane , just strong enough to lift the car a inch and move it side ways for parking ...

And from wiki love this

"Magnesium alloy wheels, or "mag wheels", are sometimes used on racing cars, in place of heavier steel or aluminium wheels, for better performance." 1948 they had that lol but the best part

"Magnesium wheels are flammable and have been banned in some forms of motorsport in the UK" << SOME ?? Lovely

Pros for the first car: Smallest turning radius, easy to park, fits 4 people, good pick up and it has jacks for lifting the car. :)

The con: Changing the tyres in case of a puncture.

#15 Removing the front wheel is fine. But how will the back wheels come off? There is no space on the body work.

#16 having a guess, once the car is jacked up the suspension would drop enough to get to all the nuts on the wheel. if not, leave the handbrake off and the wheel could be rotated to get to the other nuts...

Its interesting, this was made not long after the invention of the jet engine. I imagine around that time planes were what computers are today, the most rapidly advancing technology of the day. What if they were to make a video today about cars of the future?

...autopilot gps :(|)
