after playing random shit like this maybe he wouldn't be able to transfer his skill to a drum kit. little bit different i'd say!

Haha #9 has no idea about what he is talking about. I bet you play drums but very badly, this guy has tremendous skill don't try and look down your nose at him because he hasn't got a kit for himself. It just shows that you are insecure about your own skills dude!

Great stuff, he pulls out some wicked beats. The fact he has picked out objects with a nice variety of timbres shows a bit more skill than most.

Why do so many think he needs real drums? Sounds great just the way it is. If he had a "real" drum kit, he'd sound just like every other drummer with skills...

#9 Get off your fucking period! If your not a fucking drummer dont put down people that can, when you haven't got a clue what your talking about. Your opinion on the matter is null and void.

Actually I kind of get what #9 was trying to say (at least I think so). Playing the classical drum set is a certain skill with certain rules and as the ability to generate interesting rhythms by hitting objects may be common - in playing drums and doing something like this, they're still very different things ^^
