Wow, down votes for my comment?? Title says car falling from third floor parking lot, not car driven off third floor parking lot, i just meant it looked like it rolled off

Wait just a minute here.....if you look carefully, the camera looks like it stops momentarily as the car begins to descend. As the car crashes down, the video feed cuts back in with a slightly different angle. Looks like about a foot or better out of the original shooting angle. Almost looks like the car crash was some how added to the video after the fact. Who knows, just my conspiracy theory paranoia kicking in. BTW, very glad no one was walking in the path as it hit the ground. Thank God for that.

if you look carefully the shade of the phone tree move when the car fall plus tha car cant hold on that position and he seam to be bouncing also you can see shade of cable on the beam at 0:29 wich so i think the car raned into the cable that why he remain in that position and not completely on the top.

#16 You are right. I didn't notice the shadow of the phone on the floor in the middle. Using that shadow as a point of reference it becomes really obvious. That video has been spliced for what ever reason. It's a mystery.

#15, #16, #17 Someone is filming the monitor of the security camera, you can see the date at the bottom, and the left edge of the monitor when the car is falling.

#16 - When reading your comment I viewed the vid a couple of times and noticed the shadow of the telephone-pole. And further - beside the car on the side where the first passenger gets out of the car is another one that is swaying a bit too. And after the car hit the ground one can see the shadows of cables coming from the rear end of the cars shadow. My first reaction when seeing the video was - DAMN! Someone could have been killed!
Bet lots of the phoneservices was down for a while ....
