#1, #2 no way is that boat just going to be 'ok' the whole keel nailed and dragged along the edge of the waterfront--there is going to be severe superficial and structural damage.

It looks like the other crane was not in sync with the one that tipped causing all the load to transfer unevenly. The sling at the bow slipped off and then there was no chance to save it. Looks like the starboard propeller and shaft took a hard hit.
