It depends on how you define Graffiti. This art painted with the owners permission. Graffiti has not become art,this is art on a building,not gang symbols,profanity, and chicken scratch poorly placed on others property.By most decent peoples definition Graffiti is till ugly and miss placed. GREAT work in this video!!!!
