It's not Indian but Tamil. So more likely it is a Sri-Lankan Movie. To say this is an Indian movie is Stereotype; bit like saying and American Movie is Romanian Movie just because the actors are caucasian.

yup, this is movie is based in India but its not the conventional bollywood movie. its based in southern India and most of us Indians are embarrassed by them.

The real Indian movies are a part of Cannes Film Festival, and many have been a part of Oscars as well, this movie however is a very low budget south Indian movie, which i m guessing is mostly used for 3rd degree torture world over.
