You herd of snakes on a plane ! This would scare the shit out of me slimy fish crawling out my walls !
#1 I think some say this is the way we evolved out of the seas actually
By some fish evolving lungs to use while moving from a pond that was drying up to a bigger body of water.
And somewhere along the line they started to stay more and more on land, and eventually all the time ![]()

Astonishing. Amazing that it's all because of a cosmic accident with no logic. No, wait...

I am starting to wonder what is the lifespan of the lungfish. Whenever it is about to die it goes through hibernation and then back to life as long as it gets water before completely dying out.
They have it backwards. It's lung, though not as efficient as that of any given tetrapod, is functioning as originally evolved. Swim bladders are exaptions of lungs.
#4 God created us in his image. We have always been like this: humans. You heretics should be burnt alive. /sarcasm off (sorry i just have to... how many lives have not religion destroyed)
This fish is amazing!! Although how can it survive for 4 years with no food?!?! Surely there's not enough muscle in the fish to begin with to fuel it that long!! ![]()
AAAHH mom mom there are monster fish coming out of the wall! My son that's nonsense now go to sleep ![]()

#5 logic is very present here. recommending richard dawkins books, while ankle-biting, his arguments are flawless.
This is very intruiging, however there are many many types of lungfish. I just felt compelled to add this. Google lungfish if yure interested
Fascinating breed, they are.
PS am I the only biologist on this faboulus vid platform ?

A little more evolution and we will have full fish/mamal hybrids
