#2 Bridges usually go over water, and tunnels often go underneath water, and they do have a _BOAT_.
So I guess they won't have a problem with neither bridges or tunnels.. :D

#4 Anchors are almost never used to slow down boats that are at speed, they're usually used for when you 'park' the boat.
Which I assume would be a good idea if your boat on land has wheels. :P
