#4 someone had to throw the race card...! and #3 ... did you see the guy's attitude? he was belligerent and cocky rom the start! even if you're a cop, at least have some manners if you want your 'fellow' cops to spare you the ticket...

Definately coz he's black, no doubt about it. The problem with us white people is that we think we are superior and everyone else is trash or scum. The black guy should have slapped him with his black truncheon and see if the white man changes color to purple. #5 If he was white, they would have let him go.

Attitude goes a long ways. If the plain clothed cop had been cool with the other cop, they probably would have had a laugh and the plain clothed cop would have been on his way. Now he gets to go to jail, everyone gets to see what an asshole he is, and he probably lost his job.

he is not even a cop ( high way cop is not a street cop )
highway cops have the right to do what they want on the high way hence the term high way cop
and no that the undercover cop is a street cop/related has no real right to do any thing and has to act like a man when he gets pulled over on the HIGH WAY

It was caused by a man who didin't respect the rule for which he was pulled over, and who talked back, acted like an ass.
Whatever colour he was, I would have liked to see him treated the same way.

Amazing how the cop inuniform reels out his 'laundry list' of charges. All's the black cop needed to say was 'see you in court, so you'd better get your evidence together'. BTW, didn't you think the arresting officer on the right at the end looked like a twat in those spectacles, 
#19: I'm with you on cheering the black cop on this one dude!! Never saw him reaching for his gun, the 1st white cop looked like a chicken shit.
