Wow that's almost realy convincing. Would love to know what he says. Man. I realy get angry at people who drive when under the influence of something.

At first they ask him for driving license.
Then they tell him, that it's his hand, not a telephone.
Then they tell him, that it's a cigarettes, not a telephone.
On the "telephone" he asks his friend or something (Pavel) to come (drive) here. Repeats it several times.
Then he tells his friend, that his father is on duty. Repeats it several times.
Cop invites reporters to ask a few questions to this guy.
And so on, nothing interesting. Guy is obviously not drunk, but on some drugs.

#9 It's not a new drug, it's not a "russion" drug and I doubt that he used it - he doesn't look poor. Desomorphine users don't live long, they start to decay alive in a few month or something.

If he was in a collision (most likely) he may have hit his head and that might explain some of the confusion.
People with a head injury (even a small bump at the right place) can act exactly like this. Disorientation, not remembering what happened, mistaking a cigarette pack for a phone, being unable to form complete sentences...

# 11 You're right, it's not new and it's not Russian. Desomorphine was invented in the U.S. in the 30s. Crocodile or krokodil (snotr wouldn't me let post with cyrillic alphabet) is a relatively new street name for it though, isn't it? You're probably right about the guy in this video, he doesn't look like he's in too bad of shape.....yet.

Whatever he is on is a hell of a drug.
Never seen someone wacked out like that before. I've seen crack heads, meth heads, pot heads, e-heads , coke heads, alcoholics and more but this is something different. Also props to the Officer in the hat for keeping a straight face while on camera.

Last week I saw a guy round here. He was so stoned that he kept poking his index finger in the patrol officer chests, wondering if he was real! Wish I'd had my camcorder with me then
