#6 what if it fell on your small fishing boat, scary, I wouldn't fish anymore in that area. I don't think that they can control where these boosters gonna fall precisely.

#7 i guess they calculate the area of the drop and close it for fishing boats...the ocean is a pretty big place..and our calculations can be pretty accurate =)

#8 They do use parachutes - I guess they just weren't close enough to film them in use.
