Everyone repeat after me: "Wild animals are not pets, they are not sweet and they will hurt you if they want to."

does he have to think about moving his toe to move his "new thumb"?
*sarcasm_off*
I've been a certified diver since 1985. There's is nothing in the water that isn't looking for a meal. Most anything will do, in this case a thumb. No pets in the Ocean's.

they should of killed the fish.. it was playing with them so it shouldn't of been to hard to catch, then they could of just reattached the thumb ![]()
Wow clever feed them things that look like fingers ......
#8 they transplanted his big toe up to his hand to give him a thumb
I have no sympathy for pricks like this who go out of their way to "live" & "play" with wild life, just so they can feel at one with Gaia. TV personalities, past and present, top the list. Study animals, describe them, film them... all fine. But don't go yanking their tails.
On a funny note. Why is mostly white people that go looking for trouble in the wilderness http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siSPOvZMaIw
He removed the chainmail glove. What the hell did he expect was going to happen? I am sure they had done that a million times before and nothing ever happened. But eventually if you play with fire you'll get burned.
Reminds me of the poor bugger... Steve Irwin. Death by a manta stinger next to the heart. Talk about worst case scenario.
#10 Look again , they used his second toe for a thumb.
#13 Steve got stuck by a Stingray , not a Manta which has no stinger.
BTW , that was a Moray eel. I bet #7 has seen them up close.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH

To be honest i'd rather have no thumb than that thing, looks like a monkey's foot! I've a friend with no thumb, index finger or middle finger (blew them off with homemade explosives when we were 15) and he manages fine. And he builds the best spliff around!

If you listen carefully, You'll hear the Maureen say "Pay back bitch"
Folks that "play" with wild animals are just dumb. You will never be able to predict what they will do next. At the end of the day, it's a game of Russian roulette, you do it enough times and you will get hurt or get dead.
On a side note, the things that modern medical science can do are simply phenomenal.

Indeed #10! The diver thinks the moray sees a hot dog in his hand, in reality the moray sees 11 hot dogs! LOL
