Pro Infirmis conducts an experiment: there are only a few people who don`t have empathy with disabled people. Nevertheless, the passenger seat in the public bus next to Fabian often stays empty. Handicapped people are a regular part of our society.
So, get closer.

And what if it was a pedophile in that suit ? Or a terrorist ? Or a rapist ?
That's cool to show images with music to try to make us feel some emotion out of it. Look at the video without the sound and imagine it's just a robot in that suit. And who says it wouldn't have been the same if the disabled person did this without the suit but with one of those "free hughs" sign ?
At least the first free hugh guy was going in raw with himself. And he wasn't very attractive.
Or am I one of those people who doesn't feel empathy ?

Well, staying clear of disabled/sick people we do not know is a self-preservation mechanism built in by evolution but we are slowly understanding that we don't need to do that anymore...
