Why dont they measure the amount of alcohol in the blood by just using a breath alcohol test.

you could be pretty screwed this way if you have a bad eye - hand functioning :D

wow thats a meaty sound, thats a nice faceplant id give it a 9.0 for style and impact

i agree with the breath test being better but anyone with coordination as bad as this shouldnt be driving....

Don't you see the reference to Americans? He's clearly not an American himself, so why the fuck should he be able to type English 100% percent like you do? Not that even you manage to do that, since you claim that he doesn't KNOW how to use the English language. There's a difference in knowing and actually using what you know.

Who are you to KNOW what he knows and doesn't know? Are you maybe inside his head or sumthin'? (see, I know how to use the language, but I willingly look away from it to prove a point).

Not that Americans know how to take a point.

I was wondering if you would be so willing to explain what you're on as i don't KNOW why you keep writing 'KNOW'. I don't KNOW if you're trying to make a point by emphasising the word 'KNOW'? I can't figure out why someone who claims to KNOW the english language so well wouldn't KNOW that the word 'KNOW' is typically spelt in lower case (i.e. KNOW) and not in title case (i.e. KNOW). I don't KNOW if you are american, but i do KNOW that you KNOW that BombDiggady KNOWs that the word 'KNOW' has no relevance in KNOWing the english language. And I think we all KNOW that this video is in fact about a drunk guy who doesn't KNOW how to walk straight.

The dashboard Cams make it mandatory for them to use a breathaliser test, or some other sobriety test. Also, they test all sorts of muscle coordination to check how drunk the driver is. Asking the driver to help unspool the tape, was just one of them.
