I can't figure out why someone who claims to KNOW the english language so well wouldn't KNOW that the word 'KNOW' is typically spelt in lower case (i.e. KNOW) and not in title case (i.e. KNOW). I don't KNOW if you are american, but i do KNOW that you KNOW that BombDiggady KNOWs that the word 'KNOW' has no relevance in KNOWing the english language. And I think we all KNOW that this video is in fact about a drunk guy who doesn't KNOW how to walk straight.

The dashboard Cams make it mandatory for them to use a breathaliser test, or some other sobriety test. Also, they test all sorts of muscle coordination to check how drunk the driver is. Asking the driver to help unspool the tape, was just one of them.
