There's no use in trying to chase him down. All it would do is result in an even more dangerous chase. Maybe they called in a helicopter instead? Maybe they saw the license plate and didn't have to chase at all? Anyways, one thing is for sure: the guy on the bike got scared shitless and fled from the cops, so I bet the cops are the ones who's laughing anyways.
