Ok in gmail on-top-page-ads focus on the content of you mails...
Anyway at least, unlike ms hotmail, all your email receipients don't have a stupid ad-signature on the bottom of your every emails!!!!

Yeah unfortunately whole privacy thing is old now, we should all just learn to accept that I guess. I don't have anything to hide, I choose Gmail over silly Hotmail :/

But of course, Holy Microsoft would never "accidentally" mirror Google's search results in their Bing, or try to save their imminently failing mobile platform WP7 by filing copyright lawsuits against Google... They would never turn to playing dirty on the market, like that scum Google! Oh, wait...

I really like when companies poke fun at each with funny clips. Apple and Google seems to make good ones. But when MS take a shot at it, its just plain boring.

Wait... Gmail has ads? I've never seen any. I guess Google lives off people stupid enough not to block their ads.

I'd rather have a crawler/spider/robot/script go through my e-mail and find out what is actually spam, than to use Hotmail and have lots of spam in my inbox and important e-mails in my spam-folder.

I never knew there were 20.000 ways to spell Viagra. I lolled at my keyword blocklist, incoming mail.

But we all forget, Gmail may let 1 or 2 spam into my inbox a YEAR. With their mail services, I not only received 10-60 SPAM a DAY, but also when you use their desktop clients, they AUTO DOWNLOAD them to your computer, thus AUTO Infecting Mr. PC.

Hence why I Mac, and Gmail thru Firefox. Like #2 said- Its called AdBlockPlus.

This is not a fair ad, compairing the free gmail to microsofts paid email.

GMail offers a paid service @yourowndomainname without ads.
