Attempted murder !
Vaco vs. Sport in the Brazilian Cup, july 2011. Santos' goalkeeper, the attacker, will be judged for attempted muder. The victim, very luckily, suffered minor injuries and will resume playing in 6 months.

He cant be tried for attempted murder....because he didnt attempt to murder anyone. Even if the guy died it would still only be manslaughter.
This is a major problem with society today. The internet and sensationalist reporting have led us to over exaggerate everything to the point that if we dont it seems banal.
How many run of the mill videos are titled "Most amazing ever" or "unbelievable epic thing"? Then crazy media coverage of a woman who accidentally killed her baby leads to people wanting her given the death penalty.

Now Casey Anthony is free, 96.6% of all videos claim to be the most amazing version of that video and this guy will be tried for a crime he didnt commit and will not go to jail.
