One can only begin to imagine how brutally their parents have trained them. Good show none the less!

why would they speak russian on Ukrainian TV show?

But these kids are amazing - computers and internet have not sucked them in yet.

#1, There isn't anything remarkable that has to be translated. They just introduced themselves and then the presentator told them to relax and show what they can do.
#6, Unfortunately our country is infested by blind Ukrainians who tend to forget who they really are. That is why they choose to speak Russian. What a pity that one of the judges talks Russian, kids answered partly in Ukrainian and Russian. Their teachers talked Ukrainian off-stage and Russian on stage...

#8 the Cyrillic languages are very close to one another though, not unlike the Latin based languages.

#10 There is no such thing as "Cyrillic languages", you can say Slavic group of languages or Slavic languages. Some Slavic nations use Latin alphabet but they are not Latin based languages. Don't try to be smart please

These youngsters perform like the old Soviet block kids who had to do well or mommy and daddy went to Siberia on vacation .

#8 I myself would like to know what the judges reactions translate into, I figured the start would be introductions, thats obvious. Also, they were quite brilliant, loved it.

I would have enjoyed it more if I didn't see two ruined childhoods somewhere on the horizon...

People that have had their childhood ruined by television, video games and "over protective" parents cannot understand how good for the body and mind circus arts are.

Those are very lucky children.

Note: "Over protective" has been quoted to show how ironic it is to want to protect a child so much that you mainly do nothing but spoil him/her and ruin his/her life.
