This was in Nuernberg, Germany in July.
I remember, because at 01:00 i was about 1 meter behind the guy that was filming and already watched a short scene of this video while making.
I remember the woman walking by at 01:01, few seconds later she bumped into someone.
If i knew this was uploaded here i would have jumped in the middle and do a faceplant or something ^^

Whole City was full of lights on the trees, everywhere small bands where playing.
It was fu"§ng cold in July here. As seen on the webpage. It says at the start:

But the poor man is hurting is hand so much, he is hiding it in his pocket 1:19
He should have kept those gloves on at 0:35
