man ... why so stupid?
This little fella is obviously frozen, it rains, and he is cold, hypothermia, wet cause of the rain, and very scared because of the windscreen wiper.
He is not like a boss, if it was me, I would take him inside near AC and give him shelter till it's sky clear. Then he will be the boss

To me, it seems that he knows exactly what he's doing. I would even say, he chose the inner side of the wiper on purpose -> less acceleration.

#9 he would be more scared inside the car...birds dont die when its rainy and cold,they are able to fly in heavy rain and wind. i think he just enjoys it, otherwise he'd flown away

#9 first if was scared he'd fly away.
second if its really too cold he would seek shelter. birds arent that dumb.
I think he simply doesnt care that the twig he sits on is shaking in the wind.

#9 is right guys. That does happen sometimes. However im pretty sure he's hurt, maybe crashed himself on that windshield
