#2 The newest car have a crash cam. it saves the last 2 minutes before or during a crash or when the windows break, or the airbags have been deployed. This is common in asian countries, were people need to proof they were not the cause of an accident(red light drive, or ignoring stop sign) in order to get the money back. Some people have a regular camera while driving.
