Execute them on the spot, set an example. Fear is the best weapon against crime. Zero tolerance is so important these days because people lack respect and discipline. When people have respect for one and other things like this would never happen. It's just a matter of time before our society come crashing down. It won't be pretty when that happens.

Seems to be Spanish Police , "mossos d'esquadra" yet not Spanish bank notes ie not Euro's or Pesetas .
Could be wrong .

presumed innocent until proved guilty, they were proved guilty before they were caught right??
should be shot twice and then they could have the right to speak to a lawyer which should be shot twice for defending these bastards

The country that I live in - this is so common, this seems close to what actually happens. At traffic signals, on lonely roads, sideroads, using different methods - faking accident, throwing eggs on windscreen etc etc
It is indeed sad that there are more than 6 billion on this earth and so little resources. Wish there was more for everyone or less of everyone!

Quite risky action compared to the potential value of the stolen stuff. Should they do that to me I would'n hesitate wrecking my company car on them....
