The videos on this site are encoded using Flash, which normally means that the owners want you to link to their site to share the videos with your freinds.
However if you want to download then, you create the direct link to the flash video so you can download it.
See the web address in the addressbar http://www.snotr.com/video/79
if you take the number and add http://videos.snotr.com/ in front of it and .flv after it you will get http://videos.snotr.com/79.flv, using this address allows you to download the file.
Then you will need a FLV player or Codec, just search for free FLV player on Google.
