#4 He got pulled over. He lost his driving license for 10 months for driving under influence of alcohol. And this is in Australia.

Well these guys speak definitely German, and all the street signs are German, too.
If he got caught, he got a lot of trouble for sure. German law is very strict about driving on open streets and this is an absolutely unlicensed vehicle :D (same about drink and drive ^^)
