#7 you dont have to be rich to afford a fake M sticker on tha back of your diesel bmw :P which is what loads of idiots do these days.

Most of us haters ( me included :D ) would have had a completely different tone if we actually owned that car along with a couple of 4x4s for off-roading.

Looks like its in Sharja or Dubai, in the UAE. Where I've seen fully gilded or chromed cars. Everything but the rubber.
