#9 #1 We already noticed it. It got tested on an HTC Legend and it didnt worked (i will ask some friends of mine with android phones to test it too..i dont have one). But when you do a few more bug fixes and make it more compatible and maybe some additional features, your app probably get featured right next to the iphone app on the site.

#10 I found out why it's not working on some devices..
the videos are not optimized for streaming to android devices, so one way would be for me to detect this and download the whole video, and then play it.
but another (better) way would be if snotr could also render an android optimized version, is there any change this could be arranged?

#1 It works great on my LG P500 (does not support flash), android 2.3.3, thanks!
I only have trouble in portrait (video does not start), works good in landscape
I hope you get the voting on as well in a next version

#14 I have a samsung galaxy spica, and if I play videos directly from the mobile website, they don't work.
but if I download them first, and then play them they do work.
So I found out the videos are not optimized for streaming (or actually progressive buffering while playing), some devices use a different media framework, and they can cope with that, but the others don't.
it could be the variable bit rate.. here's a guide anyway.

#14 I think my phone needs Flash installed for m.snotr.com, and sadly my phone LG P500 does not support Flash

#17 I tried again with my phone and when I click a movie on m.snotr.com, it downloads it as an .mp4 file to my phone and plays it from my phone - is it supposed to work like that? should it not play inline?

I just created a very simple snotr android app.
its freely available from the android market

Its still very basic, but works on most devices
