Bone doesn't have nerve endings, when you break something it's the muscles around the fracture that hurts (sometimes more than others). Trust me, I should know, as I'm diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (50+ fractures and stopped counting)..
Pretty happy that I'm able to get proper health care though, damn... :O

I had to instantly close the video when that guy started flexing his arm :S
My lower arm broke in a similar fashion, like having a second wrist, i don't like to be reminded of it.

#2 Well actually it does have nerves just not the pain type, and is not the muscles its the membrane covering the bone (Periosteum) that gives the pain when it gets torn down in a fracture.

This guy has a pseudarthrosis or fake joint, the body would try to heal itself no matter what you do, and when the bones pieces don't stay together long enough it does the next best thing that is build up some cartilage between them.

8-) 8-)
