I think its called, oddly enough, Sunshine(adagio in D minor) by John Murphy.

The first part is here.. I don't remember what it was named, so i can't find it now, but it's almost same kind.. In the beginning there are big satellite disks moving in front of nightsky and so on. Somebody throw a link if u can remember it :)
