This man is an Angel on Earth. The exact opposite of Gaddafi and his ilk.

Being old where i live is being over 70. Old where he is seems to be somewhere around 50. A huge difference in life expectancy. Most of us live protected from the "real" world out there. Nobody really cares about people in other countries, except a few people, real life heroes like this guy. We all could make a huge difference... yet we do nothing.
You think by donating a tiny amount of money you'll make a difference? Sadly not. It's just a trick to make you feel like you're doing some charity. Most money you donate "magically" disappears on the way.
Why aren't we making any progress you wonder. That is because we're still so primitive beings. Greed and ignorance guide us through life.

#(removed comment) - @ Neutral - he quit his job to take care of his people. helping others is his line of work. People who do not have time to take up the cause have supported him , more and more supporting him. trust me NEUTRAL , if you believe in a cause with all your heart(considering your not a douche), money will not be a problem.

The last frame was cheesy beyond words. But that's a minor issue. This guy is awesome.
What makes it even more remarkable is that he is pretty much openly defying the caste system to help these people.
It is worthwhile doing some reading into India's caste system and then watching the video again. Just for some added insight.
But I do wonder why he is called a "simpleton" in the video description?

His actions are self-serving. He does what he does because he believes it makes him a good person.
His actions solve no problems. It encourages the weak to stick out their hand and expect something to be placed in it. This is nothing more than welfare disguised as a good deed.
Some people will never face the brutal fact that life isn't great, and we can't all be happy and healthy. We carry the weak and they are dragging humanity down.

#18 and you, what do you know about Khadafi? His propaganda, his "green book"'?
The only thing I may agree with you, kevlar, is that the replacement of this crazy dictator and awful family looks worse.
Few things he does were good. Irrigation of the desert for instance. But civil planes bombing, torture of opponents and bulgarian nurses and ... I forget some of the many bad things he does. They are many testimonies and witnesses of theses crimes. And our countries in Europe sold him many many weapons and means to spy his people...
It would have been much better if Khadafi had had a jugdment in court, I don't mind a dead sentence for this kind of monster but this crazy man also may have said some disturbing facts about his "democratic" opponents.

#17 "his actions solve no problem - It encourages the weak to stick out their hand and expect something to be placed in it."
How can you say something like that? Preventing an other human's death by giving him something to eat does not solve anything? These peope would DIE without his help... His actions PAVE the way for better change, my friend. It is true, that life ain't all rainbows and flowers, but one has to look at how we can learn from this and make a step forward, instead of looking at how to critizise it. Ironically, "the weak" as you call them, are the people that end up contributing most back to society as they are the people who have most gratitude. Many foundations for health and non profit organizations to help others have been created by people who experienced severe pain in their life and want to help others.
Watch this video, smile and think how you can make a difference as well
