Good laptop, but overpriced.
The lack of an optical drive really turns me off.
Apple just doesn't appeal to me very much since they are a bit on the pricey side (Plus I've used PCs mostly all my life).

hey why everyone thinks is 3000.... is not true is onl 1799... and mac are not overpriced ... the reason that ares expencive is 'cos they actualy work not like pc... im tired of having pc ....
pc's are like women ... they are so complicated....

Jeez, whats the big deal, apple finally release an ultra portable and everyone is shitting on them. But no one complains about all the other laptops with no optical drives that cost more then this, that have been out for years. If it doesnt suit your needs, dont buy it, i wont. But its a hell of a machine.

Bullshit.. Both HP's Mitsubishi Pedion and Toshiba Portege 2000 are smaller. And much older!

It's the thinest notebook not the smallest. It's 1,799. It runs OSX without any boot loader, and if you want an SSD drive you have the fastest loading times of any notebook.

lol that was very funny, although I must say I kind of like Air. I don't know how easily it gets overheated, though, as being so thin might cause thermal conductivity problems - I've had the same problem with my previous phone, a moto razr V8.

Mac is retarded. Since switching to all Intel hardware, they now have the same physical insides as a PC...and yet they charge %150-%200 of the price!! For what?! Their biggest claim is the lack of viruses therefore it's stability. Yes it's true. Apple has less than 22% of the market-share. So when making a virus, do you make it for the 78% or the 22%? Duh! They don't have viruses because it's not worth it.
There is no difference, but one charges twice the price. Which one are you gonna buy?!
btw, the video was really funny and well done! haha
