But there are flaws in this clip 2:31 is not a volt meter its a phase testing screwdriver and it will light that bulb at a few volts.

And that trick with the tube light is done very easy if your not on the ground.

There would be no circuit.And if his hands were so dry as to not conduct electricity NONE of this would work. So he is not only a fraud but he has a very limited working knowledge of electricity. I find it hard to believe the Guinness book of records would be taken in by this blatant fraud.
