Dolphins invent the wheel
Dolphins have been observed to create bubble rings by exhaling air carefully in the middle of the vortices caused by the motion of their fins through the water, among other techniques. Looks like a nice party trick ![]()

DEMON CREATURES! ! ! any animal that can do that puts us humans in danger in the foreseeable future, the dolphin community really did not need this attention, but they got it.. ![]()

So they can make little rings of air in the water with their valuable breathing oxygen. Very smart.
Its kind of like a little target for their head that says "headshot here!"

Are you so leet you can actually headshoot someone under water?
Beautiful, and very thought-provoking. This could become an icon for conservation and the fight against global warming.

Absolutely awesome.
I have dived with Dolphins and they are amazing creatures.
This clearly demonstrates their ability to think and reason.
Pay more attention to the cans that say "Dolphin Free ..." ![]()
The music is an instrumental version of "No One is Alone" from the Sondheim (think Sweeney Todd) musical Into the Woods.
To pause for a moment and appreciate the beauty of our environment...you can actually see their happiness. wish my cat could do that sh*t! ![]()

I would never have believed this if someone had told me. Were they taught this, or did they come up with it themselves? Do wild dolphins do this? If so, this is truly amazing.

That Dolphin's actually cultivating that ring carefully, not allowing it to grow too much before trimming it again & again. They say Dolphins are intelligent only next to Man. Seeing this & their tendancy to help out any other Marine Animal against Sharks, I believe it.
