Some species of octopuses can crawl out of the water for a short period, which they may do between tide pools while hunting crabs or clamps. Nice to see it on video.

At least it moved back to water, was worried it was "dying" while people were having fun. Sometimes various fish, close to dying, swim towards the surface/land to do so.
