"He faces up to five years in prison and a fine of between 750 and 7500 dollars"
And I'm gonna go and say it again, - welcome to the real world -
Making yourself a Burger while drunk and break into a McD is a bigger crime then ruining a country.
Sometimes i wish i would live in the Matrix and could just Restart this shit ![]()

you just can't get lower than this
congrats, you profited 5 beef patties
Yea, I'm completely clueless on just what those degrees mean. Is 5 the highest or do they go to 103?
In either case, sending this guy to jail for the next 5 years sounds like a stupid idea. Kinda like -
"Ya loser. Breaking into McD to eat that crappy food? Go to jail and learn to be a proper criminal. And don't you dare getting out before you kill a man (and spend 50.000 hours doing semi-slave work. We gotta compete with China somehow.)"
Right? Third degree burglary? What, isn't burglary just burglary anymore? Why do they need degrees? You break in, you steal shit, it's burglary. Period. Laws are just far more complex than they need to be. Just lock the dumbass up for gross idiocy in the first degree.

?? I Don't get it..???
If the Mc Donalds is closed why are all the lights on..????
Most Mc Donalds round here are open 24hrs anyway..???
Why lock Him up at the tax-payers expense when a rehabilitation program would be much more cost effective..???
Why do I end all My questions with 2 full stops and 3 question marks..???

One year in prison seems completely disproportionate in view of the prejudice... or are they punishing him for his stupidity?
And when someone in prison ask him: why you are here? and how long you will be here?
I believe that they will burst of laughter, when they get the answer from this Hamburglar

If he'd been accidently locked in the freezer when he went to get the patties he'd have been locked up for stupidity in minus 4 degrees. ![]()

Take a bite of a hamburger, after close, during shift . the hamburger should be trown away (It was kept warm longer then 10 minutes). It wil be seen as theft.
The best thing ever happend to me was getting fired at McDonalds
I seriously don't get these people.
I am honestly against this kind of activity, but how do they not think about wearing a mask, or SOMETHING THAT DISGUISES YOUR FACE?
Places like these are going to have security cams for sure, so how can you not think about this before doing some like that?
I hope he'll get fined for his stupidity as well.
he is not a criminal, he is just a big fan of hamburger!
...who's to blame for the junk food addiction
