Interesting how much we still don't know, dreams are a perfect example. We can only try to remember and make assumptions based on memories, but in reality we don't know anything about it really, its a mystery and the only thing we know is from scientific point of view; which part of the brain does what blah blah.

Most people figuratively speaking are asleep in real-life, on autopilot from day-to-day, and fully awake, alive in a dream.

I can't remember any dream anymore for years and years. I remember a couple when i was 6 years old. but that's all. And i am still questioning...is it ok if you don't remember any of your dreams for so long.

#8 if you want to remember your dreams, you should write a dream journal. Everytime you wake up from a dream, you write everything you can remember, right away, even if in the middle of the night.... after a while, as long as you keep doing it (you can't stop once it gets easier), you'll start remembering more and more. It's the first step toward learning to control them...
I did that for a while many years ago and at some point, I could remember every dream in complete details... Taking control is hard, I did it 4-5 times but would always wakeup from the excitement of realizing I could do anything I wanted...! If you ever manage that, try Flying! Complete mental lust...!
